Q: How long do I have to wait for the KYC approval?

A: If you have uploaded all the required documents, the approval usually takes around 1-3 working days.  You will be notified if the documents were not complete. Please contact us if your registration is still not approved after 1 week.

Q: Can I trade or deposit without completing KYC?

我可以在完成KYC之前进行交易或存款吗？

A: You're ONLY able to deposit USDT into your account without completing your KYC. You're still able to purchase the Orion signal subscription but not for trading. In order to do deposit, withdrawal and trading, you have to complete KYC.
