A: Go to ‘ASSET’ and select ‘DEPOSIT’. Select the currency you wish to transfer and select your mode of transfer (via bank transfer, cryptocurrency or payment gateways). You will receive a confirmation of fund transfer under Funding Records and the amount will be reflected in your Funding Account.

A: Go to ‘ASSET’ and select ‘Deposit’. Select ‘Crypto Deposit’ . Choose the crypto network you wish to use and ‘Obtain Deposit Address’. Scan the QR code from the screen, paste the address code and upload the Payment Evidence. The funds will be in your Funding Account within one (01) working day.

A: Select ‘Trading’ or 'Asset' > ‘Deposit’ > 'Fiat Deposit'.

Choose the Payment Gateway you wish to use and follow the instructions accordingly (currently applicable for CNY, MYR, IDR, VND, THB and PHP).

The funds will be in your ‘Funding Account' within one (01) working day.
